Refunds will be processed only in case of faulty receipt of items. Evidence may be required.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong order.Due to the nature of our products we have tried our upmost best to wrap the products to the best of our ability and some items may be slightly damaged due to shipping which is out of our control.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your evidence of "receipt of faulty items", and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
